Each pair is one of a kind, hand modelled then illustrated individually with a fresh hand-painted design. Cut out from a slice of white earthenware clay, carefully pressed into shape, a little wire hook added for hanging, dried, fired in a potter's kiln, then dipped in glaze and hand painted ceramic colours applied to fix the design in the final firing.
Each of the birds is approximately 12.5cm tall.
