But just in case something has not met your expectations please, in the first instance, get in touch to discuss it, we’ll always try to help.

Here is a reminder of my terms and conditions of sale;

  • this includes purchases made from me, either in person, at an event, or by e-mail or online through my website or over social media;

Items that have been commissioned specially from me or personalised items are non-returnable and therefore there can be no refund.

Sales of Pottery

My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards and vouchers for experience sessions

  • Discounted items or those that have been reduced in price for a sale.

  • If you purchased through my Etsy store purchases are subject to the policy framework and terms and conditions on that site. 

To complete your return, I need to be sure that there is a receipt or proof of purchase.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Personalised or bespoke commissioned items (such as pet portraits) items that are not damaged as a result of transit

  • To return your product please contact us in the first instance, once agreed you should then mail your product to: 133 Headlands, Kettering NN156AE
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We aren’t able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so its always best to be on the safe side.

Since Brexit lots of small businesses have been struggling to send to the EU, and recently this has also changed to include Northern Ireland. Many apologies to Europe and Northern Ireland customers, I am unable to send things from my website but you are welcome to head to my Etsy store where this is much more straightforward.

Pottery Classes

  • All bookings for workshops in my pottery will be purchased and booked through Class Bento. For these sessions please refer to the organisation’s T&Cs

  • Availability.  Spaces are only secured once a course has been paid for or a valid voucher has been redeemed.

  • Cancellation. In the unlikely event that a course needs to be postponed alternative dates shall be offered and shall be valid based on the booking terms and conditions of Class Bento.
