Each piece is one of a kind with a fresh individuality hand-painted design, inspired by my love of nature. The barn owl is set on its own integrated wire stand into the circle cut out from the tree shape.
Every one is made using a slice of white earthenware clay carefully modelled, dried, fired in a potter's kiln, then dipped in glaze and hand painted with professional ceramic colours to fix the design in the final firing.
