Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. The ordering of goods from Louise Crookenden-Johnson Ceramics indicates that you are in agreement with them.

We reserve the right to vary our prices, product descriptions and website content whenever necessary. The prices displayed on our product pages are including VAT and do not include delivery. Please note prices may vary.
We make every effort to ensure that the images of the products on our website are accurate but as every piece is handmade they change from time to time, in terms of colours and design. If unsure please email or arrange a video call so we can show you the products.
Any copying of the material or content on our website is strictly prohibited unless permission is granted for selling purposes.
2. ORDERING, AVAILABILITY and RESELLING
The minimum wholesale order value is £120 plus shipping.
Each order will be prepared in 1-2 weeks, some stock is maintained and lead times therefore vary according to the items requested.
Should you require a large volume of a particular product then it would be lovely if you could please call or email ahead to discuss this.
3. CONTRACT and PAYMENT
We will send you an email acknowledgement and pro forma invoice via email format. Payment can be made via BACS transfer or is this is a probelm we may be able to arrange an alternative if required, just give us a call.
We do not currently offer Credit facilities and therefore orders will not be confirmed and processed until payment has been made in full.
Our shipping charges relate to the UK. Orders are normally dispatched Second class using Royal Mail. This is because we are keen to support this British business (and my husband is a postie!)
For orders between £120 and £250 the shipping charge is £10. We offer free delivery on orders with products totalling £250 plus. Should you wish to collect your order from the workshop, please inform us when placing your order and you will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. Orders must be collected within 72 hours of notification that your order is ready for collection.
You are responsible for ensuring that all the details you give are correct as we cannot be held liable for any mis-delivery arising out of incorrect information that you have provided.
We will make and then process your order as quickly as possible, usually within two weeks, although in the lead up to Christmas lead times can be significantly different -up to two months. Our working days are Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We will send you an email on the day that we despatch your order or when you order is ready to collect. Once despatched your goods will normally be delivered within 5-7 working days. These lead times and delivery times are not binding.
Delivery usually takes place between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that thisgs are changing with Royal Mail, and if you are not a registered business address some delivery routes may operate outside these times. We are unable to accept specific requests for times or days.
If you suspect significant damage has been caused, please do not accept the delivery.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you. Unless specified on the products page goods do not come with any warranty or guarantee other than implied by law for business to business sales.
We do not accept returns of unwanted or non-faulty items, or of personalised goods
Any shortages or damages must be reported within 3 working days via email. We want you to be delighted with your goods, so please keep talking to us if there is a problem.
Prior to sending items back please make contact via email.
8. AMENDING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
Orders received by us are processed within 24 hours, if there is likely to be a significant delay in making ot dispatchimng we will contact you by email. We are a small operation so we regret that, once you have placed your order and payment has been received, we cannot cancel or amend it unless under extreme circumstances. Any changes or cancellations may incur an administration charge.
9. OWNERSHIP and RISK
Transfer of risk passes from us to you once you have accepted delivery of the order. Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full cleared funds of all sums due in respect of the order. We shall be entitled to recover payment for the goods even though ownership of any of the goods has not yet passed from us.
10. COPYRIGHT/TRADEMARKS/DATA PROTECTION
All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by us. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose unless permission has been granted by us for selling purposes.
11. FORCE MAJEURE We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, accidents, acts of terrorism, war, fire, strikes, lock outs, failure of any communications including telecommunications or computer systems, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations
